Job Title: Education Counsellor – Online & Distance Education

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and student-centric Education Counsellor to guide learners seeking online and distance education programs. The counsellor will be responsible for advising prospective students on course options, university tie-ups, admission processes, and career opportunities, while ensuring smooth enrollment and post-admission support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students about distance and online degree/diploma programs offered through university collaborations.

• Understand students’ educational background, career goals, and guide them in selecting the right course.

• Explain program structures, eligibility, fees, study material access, exams, and certification processes.

• Handle incoming leads (calls, WhatsApp, emails, social media inquiries) and follow up for conversions.

• Maintain accurate records of student interactions, leads, and admissions in CRM/Database.

• Guide students through online application, documentation, and fee payment process.

• Provide post-admission support, including study material login, exam schedules, grievance handling, and results updates.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly admission/enrollment targets.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in counselling, admissions, or edtech (preferred, freshers can also apply).

• Strong communication skills (English + regional language is a plus).

• Ability to build trust and rapport with students and parents.

• Target-driven with proven ability to achieve sales/admission goals.

• Comfortable using CRM systems, MS Office, WhatsApp Business, and online meeting platforms (Zoom/Google Meet).
