We are looking for a Education Counsellor to join our team at Mentorchamp Edtech Private Limited. This role involves managing essential data processes, ensuring accuracy, and providing administrative support. Key Responsibilities:

1. Inbound & Outbound Calling:

   • Make outbound calls to potential students to explain course offerings.

   • Follow up on inquiries received via calls, website, social media, and referrals.

2. Counselling & Conversion:

   • Understand the educational background, interests, and goals of students.

   • Counsel students on suitable courses, career options, and benefits.

   • Convert leads into admissions through effective persuasion and follow-up.

3. Sales Targets:

   • Achieve monthly enrollment targets.

   • Maintain a high conversion rate from leads to admissions.

4. CRM & Data Management:

   • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.

   • Update student information and track communication history.

5. Product Knowledge:

   • Stay updated with all course details, pricing, features, and USPs.

   • Clearly communicate course content, certifications, and placement opportunities.

6. Handling Objections:

   • Address queries, doubts, and objections of potential students or parents confidently.

   • Provide clear information to help them make an informed decision.

7. Team Coordination:

   • Collaborate with the marketing team for lead feedback.

   • Coordinate with academic and support teams for student onboarding.

8. Follow-Up & Engagement:

   • Send timely reminders, emails, or WhatsApp messages to prospects.

   • Keep leads warm through regular touchpoints.

9. Reporting:

   • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share with team leads or managers.

   • Analyze lead performance and suggest improvements.

10. Customer Service:

• Build a positive rapport with students.

• Ensure a smooth transition post-enrollment.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduation and 1 - 2 years of experience. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
