Job Purpose
To verify and audit appointment calls enabling an improvement in call conversion ratio for Direct Sales

Key Responsibilities
· · To audit calls appointment / sale calls
· · To listen in to calls as well as making outgoing calls
· · To share feedback with agents, team leads, process owners
· · To identify, research and resolve issues of not met appointments
· · To recommend & track process improvements
· · To rework rejected cases, make outgoing calls to resolve rework cases
· To maintain MIS & share presentation on the monthly audited calls met ratio & conversion
