About the Role
Join a leading NBFC (IDFC) in a fast-paced collections team. You’ll make outbound calls to customers with overdue EMIs or loan payments, guide them through repayment options, and accurately record interactions in the CRM.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls in your regional language (Kannada, Telugu, or Tamil)
Follow up on overdue EMIs or loan repayments
Explain repayment plans and any late‑fee implications
Log all customer interactions in CRM
Hit daily and weekly collection targets
Escalate complex cases to the recovery team
Requirements
Fluent in Kannada, Telugu, or Tamil, plus basic English
Strong listening & persuasive communication skills
12th pass (PUC); Age: 18–28 years
Freshers with communication skills welcome; telecalling/customer support experience is a plus
Work Schedule
Full-time position
Day shift, Monday to Saturday
On-site in Bangalore
