Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote loan products and services.
Engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide detailed information
about various offerings.
Provide clear and accurate explanations of product features, benefits, and terms.
Ensure all communication with customers is recorded accurately in the CRM system.
Follow-up with potential leads and customers for conversions.
Maintain a positive relationship with customers and address any queries or concerns
they may have.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during all customer
interactions.
Key Requirements:
Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
Ability to influence and persuade customers.
Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
Ability to handle customer rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
Good knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
Should be comfortable with making a high volume of calls.
