Role Overview:
Manage customer interactions for international clients via calls, emails, and chats. Ensure excellent service delivery and timely issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer queries promptly & professionally

Requirements:

• Experience in international voice/non-voice process preferred
