We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our Motor & Health Insurance sales team. The role involves engaging with customers over phone calls, understanding their insurance needs, explaining product features, and closing sales in a professional and customer-centric manner.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers for Motor & Health Insurance.
Explain insurance products, benefits, premium details, and coverage options.
Identify customer needs and suggest suitable insurance plans.
Generate leads, follow up with warm leads, and convert them into confirmed sales.
Maintain call logs, update CRM systems, and ensure data accuracy.
Achieve monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
Provide excellent customer service and handle queries or objections professionally.
Coordinate with underwriting and operations teams when required.
Ensure adherence to IRDAI guidelines and compliance standards.
Minimum HSC / Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 0–3 years of experience in tele-calling or telesales; experience in insurance sales preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle pressure and work in a target-driven environment.
Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy in data entry.
