We are looking for a dedicated and articulate Customer Service Associate to assist clients with queries related to our legal services. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound communication, explain service offerings, generate leads, manage case updates, and ensure client satisfaction in a professional and confidential manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle client queries related to legal services via phone, email, or chat
Explain legal procedures, timelines, and required documents
Generate and qualify leads by reaching out to potential clients
Coordinate with legal teams and update clients on case progress
Follow up for documents and ensure timely issue resolution
Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on leads and client interactions
Key Skills Required:
Excellent verbal communication in Hindi, Bengali and English preferred
Strong persuasion and lead generation skills
Basic understanding of legal services or terminology (training will be provided)
Patience, empathy, and ability to handle sensitive issues
Proficiency in MS Office
Good organizational and follow-up skills
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualification:12th Pass
0–1 years of experience in customer service, telesales, or legal support
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
