We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Customer Executive to join the Areakart team. This is a key role involving cold calling, lead generation, product demonstrations, and sales support, focused on onboarding local store owners and restaurants to the Areakart ecosystem.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Call and connect with retail store owners and restaurants via cold calls and follow-ups

• Generate and manage qualified leads through outbound efforts

• Explain Areakart's features, benefits, and how it helps streamline business operations

• Schedule and conduct product demos (in-person or online)

• Convince potential clients to sign up and onboard them to the Areakart platform

• Maintain records, follow-ups, and update CRM

• Assist with office coordination, inventory management, and customer support

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution and client success

💼 Required Skills:

• Strong sales and convincing skills

• Excellent spoken communication in local language and English/Hindi/Gujarati

• Confident, positive attitude with ability to explain technical concepts simply

• Basic computer knowledge (email, data entry, MS Excel, CRM tools)
