We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Customer Executive to join the Areakart team. This is a key role involving cold calling, lead generation, product demonstrations, and sales support, focused on onboarding local store owners and restaurants to the Areakart ecosystem.
Call and connect with retail store owners and restaurants via cold calls and follow-ups
Generate and manage qualified leads through outbound efforts
Explain Areakart's features, benefits, and how it helps streamline business operations
Schedule and conduct product demos (in-person or online)
Convince potential clients to sign up and onboard them to the Areakart platform
Maintain records, follow-ups, and update CRM
Assist with office coordination, inventory management, and customer support
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution and client success
Strong sales and convincing skills
Excellent spoken communication in local language and English/Hindi/Gujarati
Confident, positive attitude with ability to explain technical concepts simply
Basic computer knowledge (email, data entry, MS Excel, CRM tools)
Organized, proactive, and self-driven
