Department Overview
Assisted Services is a personalized matchmaking service offering assistance to busy professionals or people who
need guidance in their partner search. We have efficient Relationship Managers who find joy and pride in helping
our members find their soulmates.
Role Overview
The Relationship Manager / Senior Relationship Manager is responsible for understanding customer
requirements, meeting service metric guidelines, retaining customers, converting prospects into sales, and
assisting them in finding suitable partners. This is an inhouse sales & service portfolio role.
Key Responsibilities
• Understand customer requirements accurately
• Help customers find suitable profiles based on their preferences
• Deliver quality service to paid members and maintain good rapport with them
• Search, screen, shortlist, establish contact, and initiate meetings between members
• Create success stories by ensuring customer satisfaction
• Manage a set portfolio of customers with consistent follow-ups
• Convert prospects into sales (renewals/referrals etc.)

Education & Experience
• Minimum Graduate
• Minimum 1 year experience in Service domain and 1 year experience in TeleSales (Calling)
• Preference for stable candidates with a consistent work history
