Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive – Telesales

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Relationship Executive (Telesales) to manage customer relationships and drive sales through outbound and inbound calling. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.

• Handle inbound calls and address customer inquiries and concerns.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.

• Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions/products.

• Maintain records of customer interactions and sales using CRM tools.

• Follow up with leads regularly to convert them into successful sales.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets and KPIs set by the company.

• Work with the sales and marketing team to improve campaign performance.

• Provide feedback to improve products, processes, and customer experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in telesales/customer service (Freshers may also apply).

• Excellent verbal communication skills in [languages required – e.g., English, Hindi, regional language].

• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.

• Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.

• Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM systems is a plus.

• High school diploma or graduation (preferred).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in B2C/B2B telesales.

• Knowledge of the company’s industry/product segment.

• Time management and multitasking skills.
