Job Summary:
The customer Relationship Executive is responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, and promoting HDFC Home Loan products over the phone. The role involves understanding customer needs, explaining loan features and eligibility, and ensuring smooth coordination with the sales and operations teams for closure
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote HDFC Home Loan products.
Explain product features, loan eligibility, interest rates, and benefits clearly and professionally.
Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.
Follow up with interested customers and assist them throughout the loan process.
Maintain daily call logs, lead details, and conversion records.
Coordinate with the field sales and operations teams for document collection and loan disbursement.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service and professional communication.
Stay updated on current loan products, policies, and competitor offerings.

Key Skills Required:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (in English, Hindi, and regional languages).
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Basic understanding of financial products, especially loans.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Minimum Graduation (HSC with 1 year on paper experience)
Experience: 0–3 years in telesales, preferably in banking, NBFC, or financial services.
Freshers Graduate with good communication skills are also welcome.
