We are hiring Customer Success Associates for Phone pe domestic Process. The role involves assisting customers through inbound interactions, ensuring quick resolution, quality service, and an excellent customer experience.

🗣 Skill Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi

• No MTI/RTI, grammatical errors, or pronunciation issues

• Confident, clear, and customer-oriented communication
  

💰 Salary Structure

• Freshers: ₹28,000 CTC

• Experienced (1+ Year BPO): Up to ₹40,000 CTC (based on last drawn salary)

🕒 Shift Details

• Rotational Shifts

  • Females: Day shift (up to 8 PM)

  • Males: Fully rotational shifts

• Working Days: 6 days working
