Designation: Customer Representative Officer for outbound sales process

Work Location - Viman Nagar (Pune, Maharashtra)

Salary For Fresher/ Experience 10,700 (take home)+ Incentives

CTC - 12,000

Performance incentives - 15,000 ( min.) (Will start after 3 months, other than salary)

Candidate Profile:

- minimum HSC pass

- Hindi, English and Marathi

- Having basic Knowledge on Customer Service.

- Day shift.

- Rotational week off.

Documents required-

10th and 12th marksheet, Aadhar card, PAN Card ,Vaccination certificate

Roles and responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers to promote products/services.

- Handle customer queries and provide information.

- Learn and develop skills in sales, communication, and customer service.
