Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers professionally.
Provide information, assistance, and resolution for customer queries and complaints.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products/services to increase sales (upselling).
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly upsell targets and KPIs.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products and services.
Educate customers on new offerings and promotions.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales using CRM systems.
Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
Coordinate with internal departments for order fulfillment, product queries, or technical issues.
