Experience: 1–3 years in customer service (preferably facilities/housekeeping domain)
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer queries and complaints via phone, WhatsApp, and email
• Assist residents in booking services via the Urban Klean app/portal
• Provide timely updates and resolution tracking
• Maintain daily logs and escalate issues where required
Primary Skills (Non-negotiable):
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior customer service / facilities management exposure
Secondary Skills:
• Proficiency in MS Office / CRM systems
• Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
KPIs:
• First-response time to customer queries
• Complaint resolution rate
• Positive customer feedback scores
