💼 Job Summary:
As an Inbound Customer Support Agent, your role is to ensure every customer interaction is smooth, supportive, and solution-oriented.
📝 Key Responsibilities:
1. Actively listen to customers, clarify their concerns, and de-escalate tense conversations
2. Record customer feedback/issues using AEL ticketing tools
3. Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products
4. Respond to customer queries via Email and Chat in line with process guidelines
5. Follow up on open issues or product queries as needed
🎓 Education:
✅ Undergraduate or Graduate from any recognized university
📌 Job Details:
Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers & Tele-calling experience welcome)
🗣️ Language Proficiency:
Mandatory: English & Hindi
Plus one regional language:
🔹 Kannada
🔹 Malayalam
🔹 Tamil
💰 Compensation:
CTC: Up to ₹19,000/month
Take Home: ₹15,000/month
