Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-disbursement calling to verify and confirm customer details before loan disbursement.

• Perform welcome calling to onboard new customers and ensure they understand key loan terms and support channels.

• Handle customer service calls, addressing queries, concerns, and providing accurate information.

• Make due-date reminder calls to ensure timely payments and reduce delinquency.

• Carry out calling for journey-stuck cases, assisting customers who are unable to proceed with any step of the loan process.

• Ability to perform accurate data entry and maintain detailed call documentation.

• Understanding of payment processing procedures and customer communication protocols.

• Strong verbal communication, clarity, and active listening skills.

• Ability to follow scripts and adhere to established procedures.

• Consistent and reliable attendance with a strong sense of punctuality..

Education

• Minimum 12th pass

• Basic excel  Knowledge.
