Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries related to health insurance policies
Assist in policy servicing, claims, renewals, and issue resolutions
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance with regulatory standards
Maintain accurate call records and follow up where necessary
Who Can Apply:
Must have completed 12th (HSC)
Must have experience in life or health insurance
Must have good communication skills (Versant Level 3)
Work Schedule:
Shift Time: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Fixed)
Week Off:
Rotational (Off days will change every week)
Salary:
Up to Rs. 23,000 per month (CTC)
