We are seeking an enthusiastic Career Counsellor to bring their B2C Sales expertise to our team at MicroDegree Education Private Limited in Bangalore, Jayanagar. This position involves managing both inbound and outbound communication, performing cold calls to attract new clients, and checking in with current customers to maintain a strong connection with them. The role offers ₹15000 - ₹30000 in a supportive and dynamic setting.

Being a mentor and guide, who potential learners can look up to for career advice.
Counselling potential learners, helping them plan their career path and understanding how MicroDegree can catalyse their career.
Carrying monthly enrollment/revenue and collection targets.
Owning the complete sales closing life cycle for leads assigned to you. This includes making phone calls, sales closing, and post-sales relationship management.
Maintaining a detailed database of all the interactions on the CRM with the leads and providing constant feedback to the marketing team on lead quality.
Job Requirements:
The candidate should bring 0.5 - 6+ years of experience and demonstrate proficiency in Kannada. Handle customer issues, provide needed information, and escalate when necessary. A Below 10th is required, with a commitment to working 6 days working during the Day shift.
