About the Role
We are a growing fintech startup in Navi Mumbai, looking for motivated Call Center Executives to join our outbound sales team. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, explaining personal loan offerings, and helping them through the application process.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and pitch personal loan products.
Understand customer requirements and explain product features clearly.
Generate leads, follow up, and maintain healthy conversion rates.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
Update and maintain call records, lead status, and daily reports.
Meet assigned targets and contribute to the team’s overall performance.
Requirements
6 months – 1 year of outbound calling / telesales experience (personal loan/financial products preferred).
Strong communication and persuasion skills in Hindi, Marathi, and English.
Basic understanding of financial products and loan processes.
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
Positive attitude and target-driven mindset.
