We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for our BPO / Call Center operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer queries, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Provide accurate information and support regarding products or services.
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and courteously.
Maintain customer records and update databases.
Achieve daily/weekly targets and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Collaborate with the team to meet company objectives.
Good communication skills (English / Hindi / Regional language).
Basic computer knowledge and typing speed.
Problem-solving attitude with patience and empathy.
Ability to handle pressure and rotational shifts.
Fresher or experience in BPO preferred.
Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply)
