Your key goals and responsibilities:
Take care of inbound / outbound calls to take up insurance sales (motor / health) through telecalling set-up.
Call potential customers based on leads/ database assigned to assistsales of insurance products as a broking set up.
Understand and learn products of different insurers to pitch the right product as per customer need and use.
Develop and sustain effective customer relations to be able to cross-sell & upsell.
Using sales scripts given by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections /queries.
Continuously meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.
Your key qualifications & competencies:
Graduate in any field. In case of undergraduate,should have substantial insurance experience.
Experience in call centre sales - outbound, is a must have.
Experience in life / general insurance companies is good to have.
Good written and telephonic communication skills.
