We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to join Sahajanand Business Group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office from A to Z. You will be the backbone of our daily operations, managing administrative staff, delegating tasks based on individual skills, and creating a positive and productive work environment for everyone.
Overall Office Management:
Oversee and coordinate all day-to-day office administrative procedures and systems.
Act as the central point of contact for all employees, providing support and guidance.
Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and professional office environment.
Team & Task Delegation:
Supervise, mentor, and manage the administrative team.
Assess employee skills, strengths, and workloads to assign and delegate tasks effectively.
Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and ensure deadlines are met.
Administrative & Financial Duties:
Manage office budgets, handle expense reports, and process invoices.
Maintain stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlords.
Policy & Procedure Implementation:
Develop, implement, and maintain office policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
Ensure all staff members adhere to company policies and regulations.
Coordination & Communication:
Plan and organize company meetings, in-office events, and conferences.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (e-mails, letters, packages, etc.).
Serve as the primary liaison between senior management and employees.
Experience: Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager, or Administrative Manager.
Leadership: Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to delegate effectively.
Organization: Exceptional organizational, planning, and time-management skills with a keen attention to detail.
Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think critically and proactively.
Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general office software.
Education: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
