Salary: ₹35,000–₹40,000 (Based on experience and performance)
Work Days: 6 days a week (Alternate Saturdays off)

Identify and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
Meet clients to understand their event requirements and pitch customized solutions.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure repeat business.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, logistics) to ensure successful event delivery.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Research market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
Represent the company at networking and promotional events.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or client servicing (events industry preferred).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills (fluency in Hindi and English).
Strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and on-ground event execution.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
