Role Overview:
This is an exciting client-facing role for ambitious individuals looking to kickstart their career in commercial real estate. As a Business Development Trainee, you will support our leasing advisory team in identifying business opportunities, engaging with corporate clients, and facilitating commercial property transactions.
You will interact with C-level executives, startup founders, and decision-makers, providing you with rare early-career exposure to senior business leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify businesses with office space requirements.
Assist in reaching out to CXOs, Founders, and Senior Decision-Makers to understand their real estate needs.
Participate in client meetings, property tours, and presentations.
Build relationships with landlords, developers, and commercial property owners.
Support in preparing proposals, market insights, and transaction documentation.
Maintain and update client interactions in the CRM system.
Stay updated on leasing trends, market benchmarks, and competitor activities.
Who Can Apply:
Bachelor’s or master’s in business administration, Commerce, Real Estate, or Marketing.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Confidence to interact with senior professionals and present solutions clearly.
Good business acumen and interest in the real estate industry.
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
