We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence and achieving sales targets.
Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, networking, and social media.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Understand client needs and present suitable products or services to meet their requirements.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in related field.
1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (B2B industry).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
