• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.

• Handle inbound customer queries promptly and provide accurate information.

• Record customer details, feedback, and call outcomes in the CRM/database.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.

• Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to the concerned department.

• Keep updated knowledge about company products, services, and promotions.

• Support the sales/marketing team with customer insights gathered through calls.
