Key Responsibilities
Promote and represent the company’s ERP Software and IT Infrastructure Solutions to target audiences, primarily IT Companies.
Conduct cold calls to existing and potential customers while ensuring consistent and professional follow-ups.
Adhere to established sales standards, procedures, and timelines to achieve performance targets.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business and client satisfaction.
Persuade and engage potential customers by clearly articulating the value proposition and effectively handling objections.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, leads, and transactions in the CRM system.
Provide timely updates to the management team and escalate concerns or issues when necessary to ensure service quality.
Key Skills Required
Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
Strong convincing, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
High level of initiative and willingness to achieve targets through proactive cold calling.
Excellent organizational and follow-up skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office, email correspondence, and familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
