Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases or lead lists.
Identify and qualify prospects based on set criteria (industry, need, budget, decision-maker availability).
Maintain accurate records of calls and leads in CRM.
Present and promote products/services to potential customers through telephonic interaction.
Follow up with prospects via calls/emails to move them through the sales funnel.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and conversion KPIs.
Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
Ensure excellent customer experience during the pre-sales process.
Maintain up-to-date client records in CRM.
Maintain thorough knowledge of the company’s products/services.
Customize pitch based on customer’s needs and pain points.
Handle basic objections and queries confidently during calls.
Submit daily call reports, lead status updates, and sales closures to the manager.
Share market feedback, competitor intelligence, and customer insights.
Participate in weekly review meetings.
Coordinate with the field sales/marketing team to pass on qualified leads.
Work with marketing to support campaigns and promotions via outbound calling.
