About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our recruitment and staffing firm in Belapur, Navi Mumbai. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify and connect with decision-makers and HR professionals responsible for hiring in various companies to promote our recruitment and staffing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and networking
• Identify potential clients in target industries and build a strong sales pipeline
• Schedule meetings and follow-ups with HR managers, Talent Acquisition Heads, and decision-makers
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal recruitment team to ensure successful closures
• Maintain and update CRM systems with lead and client information
• Achieve monthly targets for meetings, leads, and closures
• Represent the company in a professional manner in all client interactions
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and client acquisition
• Ability to research and identify key contacts within organizations
• Basic understanding of recruitment/staffing industry is preferred
• Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and ability to work independently
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic tools like LinkedIn, Excel, etc.
