Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate and qualify leads.
Pitch and promote The Qwerty Ink’s corporate gifting, employee engagement, and wellness solutions.
Maintain and update sales pipelines and follow-ups through CRM tools.
Collaborate with the Sales Manager and internal teams on proposals, quotations, and client coordination.
Research and identify potential clients across BFSI, IT, Manufacturing, Retail, and Healthcare sectors.
Support the team in client presentations, demos, and onboarding.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation or conversion targets.
Coordinate with the delivery and operations team for post-sales support.
Requirements:
0–6 years of experience in B2B sales, tele-sales, inside sales, or business development.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, and Google Workspace.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a target-driven environment.
Must be based in Mumbai or willing to relocate.
Preferred Background:
Prior exposure to corporate gifting, marketing services, or employee engagement.
Network or familiarity with BFSI, IT, Manufacturing, Retail, and Healthcare/Pharma sectors.
