Job Summary: We are looking for energetic, confident, and sales-driven professionals to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be a quick thinker, self-motivated, and target-oriented with excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle OTP-verified inbound leads and convert them into potential customers
Follow up with clients and explain business opportunities
Meet monthly sales targets and earn attractive incentives
Manage client communications through CRM and business WhatsApp
Participate in a 3-day in-house training to learn systems and processes
Salary & Incentives & Benefits:
· Achieve monthly sales targets (1.2 Lakh = 4 sales of ₹35,400 each)
· Earn fixed salary + attractive incentives + cash rewards
· Fixed salary: ₹1.75 LPA – ₹3 LPA
· Incentive: 6% flat on sales above 1.2 Lakh target
· ₹500 cash reward per sale on the floor

Requirements:
0 months to 3 years of sales/telesales experience preferred
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Age: 18–28 years
Education- Graduation or equivalent, Graduation (Pursuing).
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
Incentive & Reward Structure:
· The company will provide a flat 6% incentive on sales achieved above the monthly target of ₹1,20,000.
· In addition, there will be a cash reward of ₹500 per sale on the floor.
Earning Example:
· Suppose your total sales in a month = 10 sales
· Cost per sale = ₹35,400
· Total earning amount = 10 × ₹35,400 = ₹3,54,000
Target: ₹1,20,000
Incentive Calculation: Cash Reward on Floor:
= (₹3,54,000 – ₹1,20,000) × 6% = 10 sales × ₹500
= ₹14,040 = ₹5,000
Final Earning:
= Salary + Incentive (₹14,040) + Cash Reward (₹5,000)
= Salary + ₹19,040

Step 1- Foundation Process Stage-
Target = 1.2 Lacs 2 Lacs & Incentive = 3K to 10K (+ Cash on Floor)
Step 2- Distribution Process Stage-
Target = 3 Lacs 5 Lacs & Incentive = 8K to 25K (+ Cash on Floor)
Step 3- Master Distribution Process Stage-
Target = 5 Lacs 10 Lacs & Incentive = 20K to 50K
The movement of a Sales Candidate from Stage 1 to Stage 2, or from Stage 2 to Stage 3, will depend on the candidate’s performance and interview with the Director.
An increment of 10% to 20% may be offered, subject to the employee’s performance.
