Job Title: Telesales Executive
Location: Nehrunagar, Ahmedabad
Experience Required: 6 months to 1 year
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Compensation: ₹20,000 (Net Salary), ₹25,000 CTC
Week Offs: To be discussed during the interview process

Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team in Nehrunagar. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in telesales or inside sales and a strong ability to communicate effectively with prospective clients. This role involves engaging with potential customers, conducting product demonstrations, and contributing to the overall growth of the organization through effective sales practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promptly respond to inbound leads and customer inquiries.

• Initiate contact with potential clients via phone and email communication.

• Schedule and conduct online product demonstration sessions using screen sharing tools.

• Deliver tailored and engaging presentations based on customer requirements.

• Understand and address customer needs, questions, and concerns effectively.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.

• Guide customers through the sales process with consistent follow-up and support.

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless lead transition.

• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.

Candidate Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in telesales, telecalling, or inside sales.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport with clients.

• Proficiency in virtual meeting and screen-sharing tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet).

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working both independently and within a team environment.
