Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Bhattarhalli ,Bengaluru.
The Business Development Executive will engage in proactive outreach to identify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and thorough market research.
Utilize effective communication strategies to present our services and value proposition to prospective clients. , managing leads, maintaining and nurturing client relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Conduct regular market analysis to stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Utilize findings to refine our service offerings and improve our approach to client engagement.
Day-to-day tasks include market research, developing and implementing business strategies, and coordinating with other departments to achieve business objectives.
Skills Required
3months to 2 years experience in sales profile
Freshers are welcome too
Excellent Business and Communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Convincing and negotiation skills
Fluent in 2 to 3 regional languages
Ability to handle clients independently
