Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu
Job Objective:
The Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for driving the
company’s growth by identifying leads, building strong client relationships, and closing
sales. This role involves proactive client engagement, effective communication, and
achieving sales targets to support the company's expansion and success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation:
- Research and identify quality leads across potential markets.
- Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, referrals, and digital
platforms.
2. Client Engagement:
- Initiate contact with potential clients via phone, email, and meetings.
- Present services and solutions in a clear and compelling manner.
3. Relationship Building:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Ensure continuous client satisfaction and retention.
4. Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and lead pipelines.
- Share timely updates and insights with The Team Leader or an authorized person
nominated by the company.
5. Target Achievement:
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Contribute to overall business growth and revenue goals.
Qualifications:
- Education: Any Degree (all disciplines welcome)
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply
- Languages Required: Tamil & English (both verbal and written)
Salary:
- INR 12,000 to 15,000 per month (may vary for candidates with relevant experience in the
same field)
