We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing team at a leading media house. In this role, you will be responsible for generating quality leads, nurturing prospects, and driving business growth through strategic outreach across various platforms, including LinkedIn, email campaigns, social media, and other tools.
As a key player in our business development team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with senior management to enhance our lead-generation strategies and help grow our clientele in the media industry.
Lead Generation: Identify, target, and engage potential clients across LinkedIn, social media, email outreach, and other channels.
Prospecting: Research and build a strong database of prospective clients in the media sector.
Client Engagement: Initiate and manage outreach to generate interest and convert prospects into leads, scheduling meetings and calls with the sales team.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and interactions in CRM software.
Reporting & Metrics: Track, analyze, and report on lead generation performance, optimizing strategies for better results.
Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market needs to tailor lead generation efforts accordingly.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless lead handover and follow-up.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in business development, lead generation, or sales.
Proven track record of using LinkedIn and other social media platforms for lead generation.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to effectively engage with potential clients.
A solid understanding of B2B sales processes and strategies.
Ability to work independently and meet lead generation targets.
Familiarity with the media and advertising industry is a plus.
