Designation : Business Development Executive
Objectives of this role
· Meet weekly/monthly sales targets by developing a marketing strategy as a telesales executive
· Gain a deep understanding of the company’s services and find gaps in the customer’s lives wherein the company’s services fit
· Foster strong relationships with existing and potential customers by honing the telesales executive skills such as listening, empathy and problem-solving
· Comply with the rules and regulations of the company by providing customer support as a telemarketing executive
Responsibilities
· Convert leads for the company through telephonic conversations
· Maintain and monitor the records of all the conversations, be it customer feedback, purchase orders or queries
· Stick to the sales script and strategy, but also improvise it when needed, within the scope of the telesales executive job role
· Update customers about new launches and record customer reactions to new products
· Be aware of the latest industry trends as a telesales executive
Liaise with the concerned department regarding customer queries and complaints
