grow and expand our reach, we are seeking a motivated and skilled Sales Executive to join our
team.

We are only considering candidates with proven, core sales experience. This is a serious
consultative sales role that requires maturity, confidence, and a results-driven mindset. Please do
not apply if you lack relevant telesales experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Call and follow up with potential leads generated through marketing and interest forms
2. Explain our offerings clearly and close high-ticket course enrollments
3. Understand customer needs and match them with the right training solution
4. Maintain proper records through CRM and ensure timely follow-ups
5. Work with monthly targets and consistently achieve or exceed them
6. Communicate fluently in English and manage objections smartly
Requirements:
1. Minimum 2-3 years of direct sales or telesales experience, preferably in education,
coaching, or service sectors
2. Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
3. Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer skills
4. High energy, self-driven, and target-oriented
