Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our inside sales team in Bangalore. You will play a critical role in driving online and inside sales, converting leads, and delivering a seamless customer experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Bhattarhalli ,Bengaluru.

• The Business Development Executive will engage in proactive outreach to identify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and thorough market research.

• Utilize effective communication strategies to present our services and value proposition to prospective clients. , managing leads, maintaining and nurturing client relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction.

• Conduct regular market analysis to stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

• Utilize findings to refine our service offerings and improve our approach to client engagement. 

• Day-to-day tasks include market research, developing and implementing business strategies, and coordinating with other departments to achieve business objectives.

Skills Required

• 3months to 2 years experience in sales profile

• Freshers are welcome too

• Excellent Business and Communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Convincing and negotiation skills

• Fluent in 1 to 2 regional languages

• Ability to handle clients independently
