Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.

• Handle inbound customer queries promptly and provide accurate information.

• Generate leads, follow up, and convert into sales opportunities.

• Record customer details, feedback, and call outcomes in the CRM/database.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0.5 - 2 years of experience. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
