Job Summary:
The BDE will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers over the phone to sell services, handle customer inquiries, and build customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for sales. As BDE, you have to convince sellers to on board their account on e- commerce portal and convince them to take management services From the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote company’s ecommerce services.
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain detailed records of calls and customer interactions.
Answer customer questions, handle objections, and resolve any issues that may arise during the sales process.
Follow up on leads and opportunities to ensure a successful sales process.
Provide accurate information about our e-commerce services, pricing, and promotions.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies.
Stay informed about service updates, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent;a bachelor's degree.
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales/customer service role
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
