Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls and emails to generate and qualify leads.

• Understand customer needs and present appropriate products or services.

• Schedule appointments or product demos for field sales representatives.

• Follow up on inbound leads generated by marketing campaigns.

• Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer and prospect information.

• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for leads, meetings, and conversions.

• Conduct online presentations and demos when required.

• Nurture prospects through the sales funnel using personalized communication.

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach strategies.

  Requirements:
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• 0–3 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or lead generation.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience using CRM tools

• Good understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email outreach tools.
