Job Purpose:
Responsible for managing the branch’s overall sales, operations, and business growth with a strong focus on technical sales. The role involves leading a sales team, developing customer relationships, providing technical solutions, and ensuring branch profitability in alignment with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development
· Achieve branch sales targets (revenue, volume, and profitability).
· Identify and develop new business opportunities in automobile, engineering, and industrial sectors.
· Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and client negotiations.
· Maintain strong relationships with OEMs, dealers, and end customers.
2. Branch Operations Management
· Oversee day-to-day branch activities (sales, service coordination, inventory, administration).
· Ensure compliance with company policies, commercial terms, and statutory regulations.
· Monitor and control operational costs to maximize branch profitability.
3. Team Management
· Lead, guide, and motivate the branch sales and service team.
· Conduct training on products, technical aspects, and sales techniques.
· Set performance goals and review team KPIs.
4. Customer Service & Technical Support
· Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to clients.
· Coordinate with the service department for timely issue resolution.
· Ensure customer satisfaction through quick response and effective solutions.
5. Market Intelligence & Reporting
· Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
· Submit periodic reports on sales performance, market developments, and branch profitability.
· Provide feedback to head office for product development and strategy planning.

Qualifications & Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Automobile / Industrial Engineering (MBA preferred).
· 8–12 years of experience in sales, business development, or technical sales (automobile/engineering industry).
· Minimum 3–5 years in a managerial or branch leadership role.
