We are looking for passionate Customer Service Executives who can handle Gujarati-speaking members, assist with profile renewals, resolve queries, and deliver excellent customer experience over calls.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound & outbound calls for renewals and support
Assist customers with membership plans and payments
Provide accurate information about services
Build trust and maintain positive customer relationships
Resolve queries and escalate complex issues as needed
Maintain call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity targets
Update CRM tools with customer interactions
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of Customer Service Voice experience
Qualification: HSC or Above
Fluent in Gujarati + Hindi, with average English
Age: 21+
Basic computer and telecalling skills
Good communication and persuasion ability
Ready for rotational offs
Shift & Working Days
Shifts: 10 AM – 7 PM / 12 PM – 9 PM
Salary & Benefits
₹20,000 In-hand
₹23,000 Gross
PF + Incentives + Permanent Payroll
