A Telesales Executive is responsible for generating sales opportunities by calling potential customers, promoting products or services, and persuading them to make a purchase or take a specific action. The role involves reaching out to leads, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential customers (B2B/B2C) from leads generated through marketing or prospecting.

• Product Promotion: Effectively communicate the features and benefits of products or services to customers.

• Sales Generation: Close sales deals over the phone by answering customer queries, overcoming objections, and addressing concerns.

• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.

• Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to prospects who have shown interest in products but have not yet made a purchase.

• Feedback and Reporting: Provide feedback on customer needs, trends, and competitor activity to management.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales/customer service role.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to build rapport and trust with customers over the phone.

• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

• Comfortable with making high volumes of calls daily.

• Target-driven with a results-oriented approach.

• Problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle rejection.
