Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential students and inform them about One Click Academy's digital marketing programs.
Understand students' career aspirations and guide them in selecting the right course.
Provide detailed information about course curriculum, benefits, and career opportunities in digital marketing.
Address inquiries related to fees, schedules, and course duration professionally.
Follow up with leads to ensure successful enrolment and maintain an updated database.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly enrolment targets.
Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a seamless on boarding experience for students.
Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: any bachelor's degree.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in , e.g.,Kannada, English, Hindi.
Persuasive and empathetic approach to handling inquiries.
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts is advantageous but not required.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and target-driven.
