Telesales & Lead Generation:
Make outbound calls to potential business clients from provided data or self-generated leads to pitch and sell various business loan products.
Understand the financial requirements of small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) and recommend suitable loan options.
Use compelling scripts and sales techniques to persuade potential clients and close sales deals over the phone.
Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and generate repeat/referral business.
Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly and effectively.
Handle client questions, concerns, and objections related to the loan products, application process, and company policies.
Process Management:
Guide clients through the initial stages of the loan application process and documentation requirements.
