Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Telesales Executive to promote and sell motor insurance products over the phone. The ideal candidate will be persuasive, customer-focused, and able to meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to sell motor insurance policies.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
Follow up on leads and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Handle objections effectively and close sales.
Maintain accurate records of calls and sales using CRM tools.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales, preferably in insurance or financial services.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Basic computer proficiency.
Compensation: 16000 - 18000 + Incentives (1k to 20k depending on performance)
