🎯 Job Role:

We're looking for a Customer Success Executive / EB Placement Manager who’s energetic, client-focused, and has a background in employee benefits (EB) insurance. You'll work closely with insurance providers, internal teams, and corporate clients to ensure smooth placement and top-notch service.

📝 Key Responsibilities:

Understand client insurance needs and offer tailored EB solutions

Negotiate premiums and policy terms with insurance companies and brokers

Customize EB (Employee Benefits) plans based on client data and preferences

Ensure timely and accurate policy issuance and documentation

Act as the main point of contact for clients – managing expectations, queries, and renewals

Build strong relationships with clients, brokers, and internal teams

Stay proactive, organized, and solution-focused in a fast-paced setup

👤 Who Can Apply:

1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Health Insurance, or EB Placements

Prior experience with Employee Benefits (Group Health Insurance) is a big plus

Strong communication in English & Hindi (other Indian languages are a bonus)
Good understanding of insurance terms, claims, and policy documents

Graduation required (any stream – 10+2+3)

Age between 22 to 35 years
Comfortable with phone, video, and email interactions
